Bill and Dan Jones
are 22 year old identical twins from Fremont, Michigan. They are
self taught artists who began carving fishing lures in their backyard
out of willow branches. It began, like most things between two
brothers, as a competition to see who could catch the most fish with
their hand made lures. After both saw amazing results with the
lures, they soon began to carve and paint ice fishing decoys.

Pike Decoy
Naturally, they began to
compete to see who could carve the most realistic looking fish decoy.
It was not long before they moved on to carving and painting realistic
fish. Just as they have progressed from carving small lures,
their skill in carving realistic fish is still progressing today.
Every sculpture they create is hand carved out of wood and hand
painted. No two are exactly alike and each piece is signed and
dated.
